Information you share
A project enquiry may include your name, phone number, city, optional email, project description, TV-unit requirements, preferred style or finish, approximate budget and room dimensions. Only share details relevant to your project.
If you submit a review through a private invitation link, DESTRON receives your name, feedback and any optional project or city detail you provide. The form also records that you gave permission for the review to be considered for publication.
How DESTRON uses it
Enquiry information is used to understand your request, contact you, discuss service availability and project scope, and manage follow-up. It is available to authorised DESTRON administrators who handle enquiries.
Contact details are not used for unrelated marketing through this form, and enquiry information is not sold. The enquiry form uses basic technical checks to reduce spam and repeated submissions.
Reviews and publication
A private review invitation is intended for one submission and expires after seven days. Feedback submitted through it stays unpublished while DESTRON reviews it. A review is published only after the team approves it and you have given publication permission.
If published, your name and review may appear on the website. If you include a project or city detail, that detail may appear alongside the review. You can contact DESTRON to ask about removing or correcting published feedback.
Storage, access and security
Enquiries and review submissions are stored in the website database. Access to customer records and the content workspace is restricted to authorised administrators. DESTRON keeps information while it is needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records or meet applicable requirements, then deletes or removes it when no longer needed.
The website uses technical safeguards, including protected administrator sessions and measures to limit abusive form submissions. No online service can promise that transmission or storage will be completely secure.
Cookies and technical information
The public site does not require an account. When an administrator signs in, essential session and security cookies are used to keep the private workspace secure. The website may also process basic connection and request information to operate the service and protect its forms.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask DESTRON to explain, correct or delete personal information you submitted, or raise a concern about its use. Requests are handled subject to identity checks and any record-keeping requirements that apply. To make a request, use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request”.
This website is intended for people planning a home project, not for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal details, contact DESTRON so we can review the request.
For a question about this page or the information you have shared, contact DESTRON and start your message with “Privacy” or “Terms”.
